Challenges[]

Duel: Operation Balance Build
The players will use metal rods to lift and guide wooden spools through a metal maze. Once the spool is through the maze, they will place the spool on top of the maze. They will then get another spool and do it again. The maze is being held up by a spring. The first two people to stack all ten of their spools win.
Winners (in order of finish): Jayson and Terrell

Reward/Immunity Challenge: Basket Case
One at a time, the castaways will dive into the water and swim to a platform where they will find buoys attached to a rope. They will maneuver a buoy through a series of obstacles and swim to the next platform, then the next person in the tribe goes. Once a tribe has collected all four buoys, they will attempt to toss them into a basket. The first two tribes to get all four buoys in their basket win immunity and reward.
Reward: A canoe (1st place); Second place will get immunity only.
Winners (in order of finish): Praslin and Cachée

Story[]

Night 5[]

Redemption Island[]

The scene opens in the dead of night as a few shots of lizards and rats running along the ground are shown before we see Jayson making his way to the hut with a disappointed and confused look on his face.

I never in a million years thought that I would be the second person kicked off. I was in complete shock and surprise when I saw that third vote with my name on it. I don't know what Danielle thinks she's doing, but she's definitely not playing a smart game, that's for sure!

–Jayson

Terrell and Zeke are seen laying on the base of the hut as Jayson arrives and wakes them up.

Terrell(To Zeke): Looks like our new roomate has arrived!

Zeke slowly gets up and opens his eyes as Terrell and Jayson start to converse.

Terrell: So why don't you tell us what happened?

Jayson(Trying to get his thoughts together): I have no idea, man! I'm still in shock. I think Danielle and Lina may have pulled a hat trick on me or something!

Terrell laughs as Zeke can be seen smirking at Jayson being blindsided.

I had absolutely no sympathy for Jayson when he walked up to the hut. He was the one that turned his back on me at that first Tribal and kept Danielle around. And now, in a glorious fit of irony, the person that he helped keep around was the same person who just screwed him over. I mean, you can't write that s**t!(Laughing) But I am happy that he's here and that he realizes that he made a big mistake by keeping Danielle around over me. And I'll make sure he pays for his sins at the duel.(Smirking)

–Zeke

Jayson: I don't know why they voted me, but it's safe to say that the Lazare tribe is never getting close to tribal immunity anytime soon!

Terrell: Agreed!

The three men all talk a bit more before they all decide to turn in for the night.

What's great about this season is that everyone is getting a second chance. I may have been blindsided by the old people posse, but I'm still here to fight my way through Redemption Island. I'm definitely not ready to go home yet and I'm certainly not gonna let either Zeke or Terrell stop me from making it! It's me all the way.

–Jayson

The camera focuses on Jayson going to sleep before the scene transitions to Lazare.

Lazare[]

Ominous music is cued in as the four remaining members of Lazare are making their way back to camp after blindsiding Jayson. Lina can be seen giving Abner a huge hug at the fact that they both miraculously survived the vote.

I could not be happier right now. Going into Tribal Council, I thought I was done. I mean, I was the old lady who sucked at the challenge and basically cost my entire team the win. Plus I had to put my entire faith into Danielle of all people, but she and Abner really came through for me tonight and we were able to pull the old blindside card on Jayson and Amanda. So it feels great to not only still be here, but also to be in the majority!(Grinning)

–Lina

Lina can then be seen approaching Danielle and giving her a huge hug as thanks for voting with her and Abner.

I ultimately decided to go with Abner and Lina over Amanda and Jayson mainly because I think I have a better chance going with the older pair than the younger pair. If I had voted out Lina tonight, I would've followed suit at the next Tribal Council. Jayson thought he was gonna run the tribe and I put a stop to that tonight, and look who's running things now? The woman who everyone said should've been first out, that's who!(Giggling)

–Danielle

By now, all three women are sitting around the fire as Abner starts to prepare the shelter for sleeping in.

Amanda(Shocked): That was crazy. I have no idea what just happened.

Danielle: That's the game, honey. Outwit, outplay, outlast.

Amanda sits stone cold as Danielle continues to berate her and Jayson.

Danielle: You and Jayson thought you were running the tribe and that's why he's gone right now. All three of us would've gone home if we hadn't put a stop to your little boyfriend.

Amanda(Firmly): He's not my boyfriend!

Danielle rolls her eyes as Amanda wipes her face.

Tonight at Tribal, Jayson went to Redemption Island, which is really shocking and sad. He was my closest ally and it sucks that all my friends are getting picked off. I mean, first Miranda and now him? It definitely sucks. But then Danielle comes in and automatically assumes I'm gonna be bitter or something and then starts talking down to me and calling Jayson my boyfriend and all this other stuff, and I'm like, what?(Giggling) Danielle has been a trainwreck since she first stepped onto the Lazare beach and now that she has power, I don't think things are gonna be going too well in our tribe for the next few days.(Sighing)

–Amanda

Amanda: Like, I get that he was a leader type of guy, but what are we gonna do about challenges now? We've literally gotten rid of all our man power.

Danielle: How do you know? Not all the challenges are physical and you never know what they might throw at us! Besides, even if we do lose, we all who's going on the chopping block.

Amanda(Smiling): Oh, really?

Danielle: Just calling it as I see it, sweetheart.

Abner looks up and intervenes.

Abner(Trying to calm everyone down): Now, now. Let's all be adults 'bout this and try and get along. I think we've had enough drama in this camp for one day. Why don't we all to sleep?

Amanda(Nodding): I agree. We can talk about all this stuff tomorrow.

Lina nods as Danielle simply shrugs it off before she and everyone else decide to head into the shelter and go to sleep.

As of right now, I'm the outsider. These three oldies all teamed up and now I'm the one that's all by herself. Things are definitely starting to stack up against me at the moment and I don't know if I'm gonna be able to break these three up in the short amount of time that I have. But, crazy things can happen in this game and my best bet is just to let the chips fall where they may and work with what I've got.(Shrugging)

–Amanda

The camera shows the Lazare tribe going to sleep before the intro is cued in.

Survivor Seychelles

Day 6[]

The view is opened with the camera panning across miles of jungle and rainforests. Eventually it is zoomed in on the Redemption Island arena, where Probst is ready to call the tribes in for the next duel.

Probst: Come on in, guys!

Both the Cachée and Praslin tribes are seen making their way up to the seats with smiles on their faces as they are anxious and excited to watch the second duel of the season.

Probst: Cachée and Praslin, getting your first look at the new Lazare tribe, Jayson voted off at the last Tribal Council.

A wave of shock runs through both of the other tribes as they are even more surprised at this outcome than the last. Fawn can be seen grinning at Serenity as Caleb shakes his head in disapproval.

Lookin' over and seein' the Lazare people, all I can think is that these guys are a tribe of preschoolers. I mean, come on dude! Don't you know how to play Survivor? You vote the weak people out in order to do better at the challenges. But these four have done the complete opposite by gettin' rid of Zeke and Jayson back to back. They have no muscle left and I don't really see them winnin' a challenge at all!

–Caleb

The camera focuses on Danielle and Lina smiling at the reactions before Probst calls in the three inhabitants of Redemption Island.

Probst: We'll now bring in the competitors for today's duel.

Terrell, Zeke, and Jayson, in that order, all enter the arena with serious looks on their faces. Jayson gives a quick smile to Amanda, who smiles back sadly. Zeke can be seen staring bullets at both Danielle and Lina before turning his focus back to Jeff.

Probst: Jayson, when you came in, the first thing I saw you do was look over to the tribe that just voted you out. What are your feelings towards now that they've sent you to Redemption Island?

Jayson: I mean, I definitely was not expecting it at all and I'm kind of confused about how they're gonna win challenges now that they've put their two strongest teammates into this arena. But they had their agenda and I apparently wasn't a part of it.

Jayson shrugs as Probst continues to press him.

Probst: And what agenda is that?

Jayson opens his mouth to speak but Zeke interrupts.

Zeke: The one that keeps around the biggest snake in the game.

The three tribes all look in Zeke's direction as Probst smirks.

Probst: And who would that be exactly?

Zeke(Confidently): Danielle.

Zeke immediately looks Danielle dead in the face as Danielle simply rolls her eyes and remains silent. Since he does not get a reaction from her, he decides to continue with his slandering of her.

Zeke: She was supposed to be the first one gone, but she batted her eyes and played the victim card and got everyone to vote me. And then she did the same thing to Jayson. She's a liar, she's a backstabber, she's been looking for the idol, and she's been running the Lazare tribe right into the ground.

Danielle smiles as Lina bites her lip. A few of the Cachée and Praslin members are seen shifting their focus between Zeke and Danielle before the latter finally speaks up.

Danielle: Honestly, you two can think whatever you want about me. But the fact remains, I'm sitting up here while you two are down there. That's all that matters right now and any other crazy talk coming out of your mouth is simply arbitrary.

Zeke makes a face and shrugs it off as Probst intervenes.

Probst: Alright, well I think with that, we can move on. So are you three ready to get to your duel?

With a nod of the head, Probst goes on to explain how the duel will work and that the loser will become the second person eliminated from the game. After this, he tells the three participants that everyone will get into position and then they will start. The camera is zoomed out and then back in where we now see each of the duelers at their respective stations. On Probst's go, all three grab their first spools and head over to their maze to start. Zeke and Jayson go quickly and are soon heading back as Terrell takes more of a slow and steady type of approach. Zeke and Jayson both stay pretty even as they place their second, third, and fourth spools while Terrell starts to fall behind with his more careful approach. Jayson continues to make progress with his as he keeps himself perfectly steady when placing the spools and allowing them to be prefectly balanced. Zeke has a bit more trouble on placing his fifth as it ends up being a little off from the rest of the pile. Although frustrated, Zeke ignores it and heads back for his sixth in order to keep up with Jayson. Terrell continues with his slow pace and is only on his fourth by the time Jayson and Zeke have both placed their sixth ones and head back for the seventh. Noticing this, Terrell starts to speed up a bit as he flies through placing his fifth spool while both Zeke and Jayson stay even when getting their seventh onto the pile. However, when placing his eighth spool, Zeke's tower becomes unbalanced thanks to the displacement of the fifth spool and his entire pile comes toppling down. Zeke's mouth is blurred as Jayson takes the opportunity to start speeding up as his main competition is now back at the beginning. Zeke can be seen rishing through the first few spools, desperate to catch up as Terrell places his seventh. When Jayson gets to his final spool, he takes a deep breath and then heads out to place it. Although his hand is twitching and he is obviously nervous, he is still able to hold his form long enough to get the tenth and final spool on the tower for a count of three, winning him the duel. His victory celebration is short-lived though as all the attention then turns to Zeke and Terrell who are now both fighting to stay alive. Terrell is placing his eighth as Zeke quickly places his fifth. Although Terrell has a huge lead, Zeke is quickly making it up as his pace is much faster than Terrell's. As Terrell gets his ninth onto the tower, Zeke is already to his seventh spool. The pressure is on as Terrell goes to place his last one as Zeke continues to catch up rapidly. However, Terrell is able to place his spool perfectly for three seconds and in turn, keep himself alive and seal Zeke's fate.

Probst: Jayson and Terrell win the duel and keep themselves alive in this game!

Terrell can be seen wiping his forehead out of relief as he walks over and hugs Jayson as both are happy to still be in the game. Zeke can be seen sighing and spitting out of pure anger and disappointment that he is out so early. As all three of the competitors line up once again, Probst starts to question Zeke.

Probst: Zeke, what are you feeling right now now that you are out of the game?

Zeke(Sighing): I'm disappointed that I just lost myself the game and that this journey has come to an end for me so early. But I can say it was one hell of a ride and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.

Danielle rolls her eyes and smirks at the fact that her biggest adversary is officially out of the game.

Probst: Zeke, after six days in this game, your adventure is over. You can take your stuff, throw your buff in the urn on your way out. It is time to go.

Zeke nods and throws his buff into the fire as he makes his exit. The camera focuses on the buff starting to turn black and curl up as Danielle and Lina both nod and smile at each other at the fact that Zeke is out of the game. Probst then turns his attention back to Jayson and Terrell.

Probst: Jayson, Terrell, you both live to see another day. Congratulations on winning this second duel. You both can head back to Redemption Island and await your next duel.

Terrell and Jayson both grab their stuff and head out as Jayson can be seen smiling over at Lazare as Amanda waves goodbye to him. Probst then dismisses the three tribes back to their camp as the camera zooms out and cuts to commercial.

Day 7[]

Praslin[]

The camera pans across the ocean before showing a shot of the Praslin camp. Cheerful and happy music is playing as Dillan and Valli are shown starting the fire and boiling water in a pot for their morning meal. The view is focused on Valli's smiling face.

Right now, I think our tribe is doing great. I mean, we're working really well, we're winning challenges, and all of us, for the most part, are getting along swimmingly. It's definitely been smooth sailing so far and I think with Dillan as our leader type person, we can for sure keep it that way.(Smiling)

–Valli

Valli(Grabbing the sack of rice): How much rice do you think we should cook today?

Dillan: Do about five or six. We don't have a challenge today so we won't need to run on much.

Valli(Happily): Sure! Good thinking!

Dillan smiles as Valli starts scooping rice into the pot above the fire so she can cook it.

When it comes to the hardest worker, I'd say it's Valli. She's really the only person besides myself that has stepped up to everything that she's been assigned. And she has such a good attitude about everything that you can't help but want to keep her around. She's the person I trust the most on this tribe and I'm hoping that we can stick together and get these other lazy girls out.

–Dillan

The camera focuses on Dillan and Valli continuing to work around camp before it cuts to Jerome, Karson, and Lexi hanging out on the beach.

Karson: Man, it is such a nice day!

Lexi: Perfect for tanning!

Jerome: It sure is. But I think we might want to go back up in a minute or two.

Lexi(Raising an eyebrow): Why would we do that?

Jerome: Well, I think that Dillan is giving me the evil eye or something. I don't know, I think he wants us to start getting to work or something.

Lexi: Ugh, well f**k him and his stupid servant girl. I'm, like, in the perfect position and I'm not gonna waste my day working like those two goobers.

Jerome snickers a bit as Lexi rolls her eyes and tries to get a bit more comfortable.

With Dillan, it's all work, work, work. Nothing but work. And I'm getting tired of it. He's so annoying and SO boring that I can't stand being around him for more than two seconds without wanting to shoot myself! And Valli is even worse. She goes on and on about how awesome our tribe is and how Dillan is SUCH a great leader. Ugh, yuck! Her head is so far up his ass that she needs a proctologist to get out!

–Lexi

Jerome: Well, I'm gonna head up there. He and Valli look like they need a hand.

Lexi(Rolling her eyes): Fine. Have fun with the dinosaur and his little, useless, pet.

Jerome(Smirking): I will. Don't you worry.

Lexi groans as Karson is seen smiling.

With Lexi, it's like I need to keep myself in check whenever I'm around her, man! That girl is as sassy and spicy as a hot chili pepper and I'm not interested in being at the other end of her venom any time soon! But so far, she hasn't yelled at me and she invites me to hang out with her so I think I'm in pretty good...for now.(Chuckling)

–Karson

Lexi: Hey, where's Bri?

Karson: I think she went to check out the goggles and spear we won at the last challenge.

Lexi(Sticking her tongue out): Ew, gross.

Karson chuckles a bit as the camera focuses on Bri who is walking along a trail in the forest with the goggles in her hand. She stops and looks behind her to make sure no one is around before lifting up the goggles and pulling something out of the snorkel piece, which is revealed to be a small piece of paper.

You know, I've been looking at our reward for a while now and the whole time we've had it I've suspected that there was a clue hidden in it somewhere. So the most logical guess was the snorkel since it was the only part that could actually HIDE the clue. And I was right.(Grinning) I may be tight with Lexi and Jerome, but I want that idol. The idol means power and the more power that I can build up right now the better.

–Bri

Bri unwraps the clue and then reads it quietly to herself.

Bri(Reading the clue softly): Oh so far but oh so close is an idol that clears your name. Look near what gives you life for what will advance you in the game.

Bri looks up and raises an eyebrow.

Bri(Confused): So I need to look near what "gives me life"?

Bri shrugs her shoulders and then rips up her clue into tiny, little, shreds before heading out.

However, the clue I got was very vague. It talked about looking near some kind of life source, but that could be anything. We have our water source, our food sources, where we get wood for our fire, and even the ocean is a possiblity because that's where we fish. Ugh, it's just one piece of the puzzle and one piece can't do a whole lot at this moment. I'll be keeping my eyes peeled though over the next few days.

–Bri

The camera focuses on Bri throwing the clue shreds into the ocean before smiling and walking back to camp. The camera then transitions to the Cachée camp.

Cachée[]

The camera focuses on a shot of a turtle swimming it's way through the clear, blue, ocean before the view surfaces at the Cachée beach. The scene is then focused on the fire as we see Destiny and Sebastian trying to keep it going so they can start cooking some rice. As they do this, the camera then refocuses in on Ian, who is in the background meditating and doing yoga. Soon enough, Serenity walks in carrying a long piece of fire wood and she throws it into the pile before turning around and smiling at Ian.

Ian is definitely the craziest cat we've got on the Cachée beach! He's just got such weird and enthusiastic energy that I can't help but think that he is super awesome! So far, I've kinda just been pretty superficial with most everyone, you know, where are you from? What's your job? But Ian is someone that I really want to get to know better because not only will it help me from a strategical standpoint, but it will also help to have this source of beaming positive energy that I can just feed off of every day!(Grinning)

–Serenity

Serenity(Cheerily): Hey, how are you doing?

Ian(While doing yoga): My spirits are high this morning. And you?

Serenity: I'm okay. A little tired and stressed from lugging all that wood here, but I'm still good.

Ian(Sensing her uncertainty): Hm, you seem very tense today. Would you like to do some yoga with me and help raise your spirits for the day?

Serenity(Surprised): Oh! Um, sure. I don't really know what I'm doing though.

Ian(Smiling): That's okay. I can teach you.

Serenity smiles as Ian starts calmly instructing her on some basic positions.

You know, I'm usually the type of person that will keep to myself and kinda do my own thing, but when someone approaches me, I can't help but give them the knowledge and understanding that I have. And that's exactly what I gave Serenity today. Out of everyone here, she seems to be the most like me. She, although young in age, is very mature and eager to learn and I'd love to continue to teach her and get to know her throughout this experience.

–Ian

Serenity: Is this good?

Ian: Definitely. Your form is perfect.

Serenity grins as she starts to get the hang of Ian's teachings. The view then switches back over to Destiny working on the fire. She looks over at Serenity and Ian happily meditating and having fun before turning around and rolling her eyes.

It's like, are you kidding me? I know that people are trying to get to know each other and form friendships, but come on! There is a time for work and a time for play, but it seems that the work part doesn't fall anyhwere near Ian's agenda. The dude hasn't lifted an ounce of anything since we got here besides that lion's mane he calls hair. And poor, little, Serenity is falling right into his trap. I mean, I get that they want to have some fun, but it urks me when I'm trying to cook rice for the tribe while they're giggling and laughing right behind my back. Ugh!(Crossing her arms and groaing)

–Destiny

Destiny(Whispering to Sebastian): Can you believe these two? Like, how annoying is it that we're doing all the work right now while they just goof off?

Sebastian: I get it, I get it. It's annoying me too, but it's just how Ian rolls. We'll just have to grin and bear it for a while.

Destiny(Annoyed): Well, I don't exactly appreciate the way he "rolls".

Sebastian chuckles a bit as Ian is shown changing his position before the scene transitions to a later point in the day at the beach. Sebastian and Caleb are seen with the fishing gear that they won in the last challenge as Sebastian prepares to try it out for the first time.

Sebastian: Okay, I think the rod is ready to go. Now all I need is something from the tackle box.

Caleb: I got ya.

Caleb opens up the tackle box to grab one of the lures. However, as he is doing so, he notices a small piece of paper stuffed at the bottom of the box. He quickly pulls a lure out and closes the box so that Sebastian cannot see it.

So me and Sebastian decided to finally try out our reward that we won at the last immunity challenge. And as I was lookin' around in the tackle box, I noticed a tiny little piece of paper at the bottom, and I couldn't believe my eyes. Of course, I had Sebastian with me so I gotta keep my cool so he doesn't suspect anythin'. But I needed to get him outta here quickly so I could see if that piece of paper is what I think it is.(Smiling nervously)

–Caleb

Caleb(Handing Sebastian the lure): Will this do it?

Sebastian: Totally! I think I'm good now. Time to try and get me some fish!

Caleb(Smiling): Good luck, my brother!

Sebastian peaces out as he heads to the shallow part of the sea to start fishing. Once he is far enough away, Caleb opens up the tackle box once again and slips the tiny scroll into his pocket.

Sure enough, that little scroll might've been a clue to the all-powerful immunity idol. Havin' that idol would give me a tremendous amount of power in this tribe, but I don't think that keepin' this clue to myself is the smartest option. I'm not the best guy for the job when it comes to solvin' riddles so it might be in my best interest to have someone else take a look at the clue.

–Caleb

The scene then switches to Caleb leading Serenity to a remote part of the jungle where he is seen looking around to make sure no one is watching them.

Serenity(Curious): What's up? You seem a little jumpy.

Caleb(Smiling): Well, yeah, I guess I am kinda excited.

Serenity: Why?

Caleb(Pulling out the clue): Because I was able to find this earlier today.

Serenity's eyes go wide and her jaw drops as she realizes what Caleb has found.

Serenity(Trying to contain herself): Oh my God! Is this the idol clue?

Caleb(Grinning): Yep. I found it in the fishin' gear. I was hopin' that you would read the clue and kinda help me out with it. I'm not really the smartest when it comes to stuff like this.

Serenity: Sure! Let's read it!

Caleb and Serenity unroll the clue and begin reading it.

I chose to share the clue to the idol with Serenity because she's the person I trust the most out of my entire tribe and I also think that she's the smartest person in my core alliance, so I thought it made the most sense to show it to her. Plus, I do have a bit of a crush on her and I'm maybe hopin' that she might repay my kindness somehow for showin' her the idol clue. I mean, even a kiss on the cheek would be good!(Laughing)

–Caleb

Serenity reads the clue aloud as it is the exact same one that Bri found on Praslin.

Caleb: So what do ya make of it?

Serenity: It's pretty broad. Right now, what I can decipher is that it's hidden near some kind of life source or something. Something that helps us survive.

Caleb(Chuckling): That doesn't exactly narrow it down!

Serenity(Giggling): I know, I know. But since we have this clue we can kinda start looking out for potential places where it could be hidden. There's a lot of stuff we use around here to get life so we should be in constant surveillance mode.

Caleb: Got it. My eyes will be wide open!

Serenity giggles a bit as she and Caleb start to wrap things up.

Today, Caleb shared the hidden immunity idol clue with me, which is SO great! I'm really happy that he trusts me enough to let me in on that type of information so that we can try and find that idol together. At the same time though, I don't know why he trusts me so much. In fact, I don't know why all these people trust me so much!(Giggling) I'm definitely not the person to trust! I may be a nice person, but I do not plan on playing nice so all I'm saying to the Cachée tribe is watch out! Serenity's coming to town!(Giggling)

–Serenity

The camera shows Caleb and Serenity walking back to camp before the view starts transitioning to the Lazare beach.

Lazare[]

Gleeful and carefree music chimes in as we see the majority of the Lazare tribe lying around before a squawk is heard in the distance. Lina grins as Abner can be seen rolling his eyes.

Abner(Aggravated): Not again, goddamnit.

Amanda giggles as Abner can be seen standing up and trying to locate the source of the noise.

There has been this annoying noise resounding from around our camp somewhere for the last few days. It sounds like it could be a rooster or some type of bird, but whatever it is, it's getting under everyone's skin. Especially Abner! He hates the thing with a passion and I'm just like oh my god!(Laughing) It's a freakin' bird! But he certainly is getting worked up over it, that's for sure!(Grinning)

–Lina

Another scene shows the castaways trying to sleep early in the morning as the noise begins again. Abner is the first to angrily wake up.

Abner(Annoyed): Son-of-a-gun! Does this thing ever let up?

Danielle smiles and rolls her eyes as the three women all try to ignore the squawking of the rooster.

Back home I'm a cattle rancher. So I'm used to wakin' up early and hearin' the sounds of roosters. But this crazy thing is on some kind of different schedule! It never gives up! And the worst part is is that we can hear the thing squawking and doin' it's business right from our shelter but we can never find it. It's like it's got camoflauge or somethin'! I'm tellin' ya right now, I'm gonna catch that freakin' chicken if it's the last thing I do!

–Abner

The view once again transitions to a later part in the day as Abner is walking along the forest trail. While he is walking, he notices a strange array of colors from behind a bush before finally realizing that it is a rooster. With his mouth gaping open, Abner quickly but quietly finds a suitable weapon, a large tree branch, to use to catch the rooster.

So I was walkin' in the jungle today and I notice something weird that was lurkin' behind one of the bushes, and wouldn't ya know it? It's that god dang rooster! And all I kept thinkin' of was food. That rooster means we get to eat if I can manage to catch it. So I carefully picked up a big enough stick so I could subdue it long enough to go in for the kill.

–Abner

The camera then shows Abner swinging the stick followed by a loud squawk from the rooster. Abner then uses the opportunity to grab the chicken and wring it's neck in one fell swoop. With his new catch in hand, Abner happily makes his way back to camp to show his tribemates what he caught.

Abner(Grinning): Hey y'all!

Amanda(Immediately noticing the rooster): Um, hey. What exactly do you have in your hand?

Abner: Oh, well it might just be the source of all the squawkin' we've been hearin' for the past few days.

Danielle(Shocked): You actually found and caught it?!

Abner(Holding his kill up): Yep. I think it's about time that we start roastin' this thing now.

Lina(Smiling): I'm all for that!

Lina and Abner both start preparing the fire for cooking as the other two look on with glee and excitement.

Not only did I get rid of that annoyin' noise from around camp, but I think I also made myself even more of an asset to this tribe by catchin' and cookin' them some good ol' fashioned rooster!(Grinning) Hopefully my tribe is appreciatin' my efforts and that comes into play when it's time to start cuttin' some more people off.

–Abner

Amanda(As she is eating): This is, like, so amazing. Thank you, Abner.

Lina: Yes, thanks for providing us with this awesome meal.

Abner: Aw, it was nothin'. I'm just glad we've got somethin' a bit more familiar on the menu today.

The other three all laugh as the view is focused onto Danielle.

Abner is definietly an interesting guy. He's funny, and he certainly does do a great job when it comes to providing around camp. But when it comes to playing this game, he's a failure. Plain and simple. He's just here to work, and laugh, and have fun, which although annoying, makes him a perfect goat. So I have no plans of getting rid of Abner, I'd be an idiot to pass up the opportunity of a perfect follower.(Chuckling)

–Danielle

Danielle can be seen smirking as the rest of the tribe continues to eat the rooster that Abner provided before the scene cuts to commercial.

Day 8[]

Lazare[]

The sun is seen starting to rise high into the sky as the view focuses on the Lazare camp. It is then shifted to treemail where we see Lina and Amanda approaching the vase.

Lina(Grinning): Well, let's see what we have today, shall we?

Amanda smiles and nods as Lina pulls the lid off of the vase to see if they have anything inside.

As it stands, I am the odd girl out at the Lazare tribe. What's worse is that if history repeats itself, then we will go to Tribal Council again. No question! I mean, the two weakest people in this tribe are Danielle and Lina and they are still in the game. So our chances of winning are not so great right now.(Giggling nervously) Which means that I need to start scrambling if I want even a shot at staying in this tribe. And with Danielle, I think that her attitude coupled with her physical weakness gives me enough of a case to try and get her out this round.

–Amanda

Amanda: Hey, before we head back, can I talk to you for a sec?

Lina: Sure. What's up?

Amanda(Serious): Here's the thing, I know that I have a target on my back since the last Tribal where I voted with Jayson. I'm fully aware of that and you guys have every right to want me out for that.

Lina nods her head as Amanda continues.

Amanda: However, I still think that I have the one thing that we are lacking right now and that is strength. I've given my all in every challenge and I've been pretty straightforward with everyone on this tribe. But Danielle, I don't think she is worth the while.

Lina(Raising an eyebrow): What do you mean?

Amanda: She's been at the center of every vote so far and yet, she's still come out of Tribal without a speck of blood on her hands. She's dangerous and if you don't oust her soon, she's gonna turn on you too. Plus, she's the only person so far that's been looking for the idol. She might have it now for all we know!

Lina(Nodding): I see.

Amanda: I know you and Abner are tight and I was wondering if you were willing to make a change in your pecking order to get her sneaky behind out of here. So, would you?

Lina: I'll have to talk with Abner first. But what you're saying is definitely an option. I'm fully willing to consider it. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

Amanda(Smiling): No, thank you for at least considering it!

Lina: You're very welcome. Now let's get this back to camp. I'm sure the other two are eager to find out what are challenge is.

Amanda nods and smiles as she and Lina start to head back to camp.

With Amanda's plea today, she did make some interesting points. Keeping Danielle around longer will basically guarantee us another loss. But at the same time, Amanda came to me saying that Danielle is the head honcho of the tribe calling all the shots, which made me giggle inside because that couldn't be further from the truth. Danielle doesn't control anything!(Giggling) I'm the leader of this alliance and the fact that people are starting to see Danielle as a figurehead gives me more of a reason to keep her around!

–Lina

The camera focuses on Danielle sitting by the fire before it switches to an overhead view of the Indian Ocean. The camera continues to pan until it zooms on three different obstacle courses that have been set up in the middle of the water. We see all three tribes and Jeff in their places as Probst prepares to start the challenge.

Probst: Are you guys ready to get to today's immunity challenge?

With a hearty affirmation from a majority of the castaways, Probst begins his explaination of the immunity challenge and how it will work and function. Probst also says that reward will be in the form of a canoe for the top-placing tribe this time around. After that, Probst tells the castaways that they have one minute to assign roles and strategize before everyone gets started.

The camera is zoomed in and then back out as all the castaways are now in their starting positions for the challenge. On Probst's signal, the first three swimmers, Danielle for Lazare, Lexi for Praslin, and Destiny for Cachée, all head out onto the course. Both Destiny and Danielle immediately struggle with climbing over the wall as Lexi is able to get through without any problem and she is the first to jump back into the water. While she Lexi is manuevering her buoy through the cage obstacle, Destiny and Danielle are still trying to get over the wall. They eventually get up and over just as Lexi is making her way to the finish platform with her blue buoy beside her. She taps the pole and signals for Karson to start on the second buoy for the Praslin tribe. Meanwhile, Destiny is able to get through the caged obstacle with a pretty good time while Danielle continues to struggle and lose time for the Lazare tribe. Destiny soon gets to the finish platform and hits the pole which sends Fawn out for Cachée's second buoy. Although Karson is keeping a good, even, pace, he is a bit slower than Lexi, which allows Fawn to catch up as the two start climbing up and over the wall. As they start to on the caged obstacle, Danielle is finally getting Lazare's buoy to the end of the line, which prompts Lina to go out for the second one. Lina, despite her age, is faster than Danielle and is able to make up some time on the other two swimmers as she quickly climbs over the wall and drops down into the water with her buoy. Meanwhile, both Karson and Fawn arrive at their respective finish platforms at relatively the same time and signal their next two swimmers to go, Dillan for Praslin and Ian for Cachée. The men are quick to get their buoys and get over the wall as Lina is seen slowing down a bit more at the caged portion. As they get over the wall, Lina gets up to her finsh platform and taps the pole, prompting Amanda to go and retrieve the third buoy for Lazare. On the caged obstacle, Dillan excels while Ian starts to run into some issues as he has trouble with how to get the buoy through correctly. This allows for not only Dillan to pull ahead, but also for Amanda to catch up as she is quickly up and over the wall without any problem. Dillan finishes, which allows Jerome to go out for Praslin's fourth and final buoy. Meanwhile, Ian finally gets the through the caged obstacle as Amanda is now only a little bit behind him. He climbs up to the finish platform slowly before finally hitting the pole and prompting Caleb to go out and get the final buoy for their tribe. As soon as he goes out, Amanda finishes and signals for Abner to go out, further evening their placement in the challenge. As Caleb powers through the wall portion, Jerome finishes for Praslin and Lexi and Karson jump into the water as retrievers as he gets to work on trying to make all four buoys into the basket. Although Caleb does take back some of the time that Lazare made up, Abner is not far behind as Caleb finishes and signals for Fawn and Destiny to jump in as retrievers. Jerome excels at the throwing part, making two of the four buoys before Abner can even get back for Lazare. Abner finally gets up onto the finish platform and sends Danielle and Amanda out as the retrievers. Jerome continues to light it up as he makes another basket, while Ian is able to get one in for Cachée. Abner also gets one in as Lazare and Cachée have become very close now. Jerome is seen throwing his final buoy at the basket and sinking it, winning Praslin immunity and reward. This leaves Cachée and Lazare battling it out for the second-place spot. They come to a deadlock for a while as Destiny and Fawn are really good at retrieving while Ian is somehwhat inept when it comes to aiming and precision. Where as Abner is great at getting it in or close to the net, but Danielle struggles immensely with retrieving the buoy once he throws it. Soon enough, the music starts to intense as both tribes are at three buoys each and are down to one final throw. Both men make a toss and buoy is seen going into the basket. The camera dollies up and reveals it to be the yellow, Cachée, basket.

Probst: PRASLIN AND CACHÉE WIN IMMUNITY!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Cachée tribe jumps for joy at the fact that they have stayed safe once again, although Destiny can still be seen looking a bit annoyed at Ian for his lackluster performance. Praslin is also celebrating at the fact that they have finally gotten first and that they've gotten a reward alongside that. The view then focuses on the Lazare tribe who can be seen to be extremely upest and sad that they lost by such a small margin and that they now have to go back to Tribal Council again.

Probst: Praslin, congrats on your first place win. Immunity, along with a canoe which will be waiting at your camp once you get back. Cachée, you remain undefeated in this game. Immunity which guarantees all of you another three days. Lazare, a close performance but once again, not enough. Tribal Council where one you will become the third person voted out of this game and will join Terrell and Jayson on Redemption Island. You have the afternoon to decide, head on out.

The camera focuses on Lexi, Jerome, Caleb, and Ian celebrating immensely at their respective tribe's wins while the Lazare tribe, particularly Amanda, are seen walking disappointedly back to camp before the scene fades to black.

Praslin[]

Happy and cheery music is heard playing in the background as the extremely excited Praslin tribe arrives back to camp after getting first place in an immunity challenge for the first time in the game. Hugs and laughs are exchanged as everyone for the first time seems to be getting along with each other thanks to the recent victory.

Today, we finally got first place in a challenge. It just feels awesome to be THAT team that beat out everyone else. We aren't the tribe that is on the verge of sucking. In fact, we could easily be the one that dominates the entire game! Not only that, but we won a canoe today which is gonna make fishing and finding food so much easier and I can't even express how happy I am that we won.(Grinning)

–Dillan

Jerome: Well, why don't we go and take a look at our reward, shall we?

The rest of the tribe agrees as they all head down to the beach and bask in the beauty of having a new canoe.

Valli: Wow! It's huge!

Jerome(Smiling): Yep. And it looks perfect for hanging out on the water.

A few people giggle as they are shown checking out the canoe. The camera focuses on Bri smiling and looking over the canoe up and down.

So we won reward today and that came in the form of a canoe. And while everyone else was laughing and giggling and being excited about being able to do all this stupid stuff on the water, I only had one thing on my mind: the idol clue. The last reward we won yielded an idol clue, so it would make sense that this reward holds one too. So I want to find that clue, not just so I can find the idol but so I can also keep the clues out of everyone else's dirty paws.(Giggling)

–Bri

The camera shows Bri brushing her hand along the canoe as the others are seen chatting and not really paying attention to her.

Dillan: So do we want to take it out soon?

Jerome(Looking to Karson): I'm down if Karson is.

Karson(Grinning): Totally! Let's go catch some fish or whatever!

Jerome and Dillan chuckle as the camera shows Bri continuing to skim her eyes along the canoe. Just before she is about to give up, she notices the piece of paper hidden under the middle seat. She looks up and then nonchalantly slips the clue into her bikini top. As she starts to walk off, the three guys are seen taking the canoe out for a ride. She smirks and rolls her eyes at how clueless they were being about the idol.

Those guys, they're so dumb! I basically found the clue and slipped it into my top where ANYONE could see and call me out on it, and yet they're still all concerned with the canoe! It's unbelievable!(Giggling) So yeah, while they went fishing, Lexi found her usual spot on the beach, and Valli was doing all the chores around camp, I was back in the jungle trying to find this freaking idol!

–Bri

Bri is shown stopping in the middle of the trail, looking back over her shoulder, and then unwrapping and reading the next immunity idol clue.

Bri(Reading the clue): For assured preservation and some power in the game, friendly are the places far that help you keep your flame. Power lies buried, just waiting to be found. The sweet sweet taste of what you seek near dry dry spots abounds.

Bri stays silent for a minute or two before her eyes widen and her lips turn into a sinister grin.

Bri(Smirking): I know exactly where this is.

Bri immediately starts to rush to another section of the forest as she is seen lightly sprinting along the forest trail towards her target.

Reading this second clue, I was actually really surprised. It was a lot more helpful and specific than the first one. I already knew that the idol was by some type of life source, and this clue just confirms that it's buried near where we get all our firewood. So the minute I knew where it was I high-tailed it all the way over to the area where all the wood is!

–Bri

Bri eventually arrives at the source of the tribe's wood and starts to search for where the idol is.

Bri(Smiling): Time to get down and dirty!

Bri starts digging through the dirt quickly as she is desperate to find her prize. She is seen digging in several spots around the area with no avail.

Bri(Getting frustrated): Ugh, where the hell is it?!

Bri wipes her forehead as she starts in another location. Eventually she notices a small piece of canvas sticking itself out of the dirt. She immediately squeals a bit inside as she digs up the item in the ground and rips off the canvas, revealing the idol.

Bri(Ecstatic): Yes! Yes! Yes!

Bri jumps up and down for joy as she is riding the high of finding an idol.

I found it! I freaking found it, oh my God! It's just such a great feeling that all the hard work of hiding these clues and analyzing them didn't go to waste. And now I have this little necklace of protection that no one else knows about. Plus, it's pretty funny that we have all these strong guys and girls and yet, it was little ol' me, the waitress from California, that found the idol. Now that's pretty hilarious!(Giggling)

–Bri

The scene shows Bri laughing and giggling about finding the idol before cleaning up her search and heading back to camp as the camera transitions to the Lazare camp.

Lazare[]

The mood turns sour as the Lazare tribe is seen gloomily walking their way back to camp. Abner sets down the tribe flag as he and the other three are all gathered around camp as a mutual feeling of sadness is shared between all four of them.

Lina(Trying to make light of it): Well, back to Tribal Council we go!

A few smiles turn up as Amanda clenches her eyes shut at the reality of the situation.

Abner: Well, we knew it was probably gonna happen anyway. I think that this decision is gonna be the hardest on all of us. I have the utmost respect for all of y'all and no hard feelin's to whoever goes home tonight.

Lina(Smiling and nodding): Definitely. I think that everyone here is a great person all-around and that no one here deserves to go more than another.

Abner nods as Danielle smirks. Eventually, Amanda heads down to the beach to sulk and Danielle decides to take the opportunity to solidify the vote.

Right now, the three older people have an alliance. It's me, Lina, and Abner, all the way. Amanda is not included in that and I think that it is her time to go. She didn't vote with us at the last Tribal Council and the last thing we want is some outsider to be floating along, waiting to flip on us. So it's time for Amanda to go.

–Danielle

Danielle: So are you two good on the plan?

Abner: Vote Amanda?

Danielle(Nodding): Vote Amanda. And get her sneaky, little, behind out of here.

Abner nods as Danielle turns her attention towards Lina.

Danielle: You good, Lina?

Lina: Yeah. It's just hard though. I mean, I hate to vote her out.

Danielle: I know, but we knew this was coming if we lost. We need to keep us three solid and the only way to do that at the moment is to vote her off.

Lina: Yeah, I know. I'm on board. One-hundred percent.

Danielle nods and smirks as she decides to stay at camp and tend to the fire.

Obviously, I do like Amanda and I think she brings a lot of fun and positive energy, but historically the older people get picked off early in this game, and I don't want that to happen to us. So it looks like Amanda will be the next one to go. It's sad, but this is Survivor and I've gotta look out for what's in my best interest.

–Abner

The camera then focuses on Amanda walking out of the ocean.

Going to Tribal Council tonight is probably the worst thing that could possibly happen to me right now. I'm stuck in a tribe of three older people who have clearly bonded and now I'm the one that is on the outs. So if everything holds true, I'll be the one going to Redemption Island tonight. But I did have a conversation with Lina earlier where she said she might consider voting Danielle out, and now that she's had some time, I think now would be the best time to sway her.

–Amanda

The scene then cuts to Lina and Amanda talking near their tribe's wood source.

Amanda: So I know that I'm obviously on the block tonight, right?

Lina nods as she starts to drink from a coconut.

Amanda: And I was just wondering if you had thought about my proposition to get rid of Danielle.

Lina: You know, I honestly haven't. Everything has just been so crazy and fast that I really didn't think about that until now.

Amanda(Biting her lip): Have you mentioned it to Abner yet?

Lina: I have not, but I can certainly do so.

Amanda: That'd be great. I'm just hoping that you two see where I'm coming from and that we cannot let Danielle make it any farther in the game. She's gonna get all us eliminated soon enough.

Lina: No, yeah. I completely get what you're saying. I'll find Abner sooner or later and we'll talk about it.

Amanda(Smiling): Great.

The two women continue to talk as they start to make their way back to camp.

When Lina said that she basically forgot to tell Abner about my potential plan, that basically put the last nail in my coffin with her. If she is not remembering to do stuff we talked about, then she has no loyalty towards me. So my goose is gonna be cooked unless I can come up with some crazy plan to save myself. I do know that an idol is hidden around here somewhere, but I don't have any clues and I know from past seasons that finding it without a clue is really, REALLY, hard!

–Amanda

The view transitions to Lina walking along the beach with Abner as the latter is carrying a coconut and a machete as the former starts to talk with him about Amanda's plan.

At first, my reaction to Amanda's scheme was to just say what she wanted to hear. There's no reason to get her mad at me at this point and to get her scrambling.(Sighing) But the more I think of it, the more I think that she's actually right. Danielle has been leading this tribe in a very bad direction and tonight might be the best time to take her out. It really depends on what Abner is thinking at this point because we work as a pair and we vote as a pair.

–Lina

The two eventually find a spot on the beach to sit down so Lina can propose her idea to Abner.

Lina: So I just had a very interesting conversation with Amanda.

Abner(As he is chopping up his coconut): Oh really? What did you two talk about?

Lina: She was telling me all this stuff about how Danielle is ruining the tribe and that we need to get her out before she screws us over.

Abner nods as Lina continues.

Lina: And my first instinct was to just lie and go with it. But now, I'm starting to think that Danielle might actually be more trouble than she's worth.

Abner: So you want to make a move on Danielle tonight?

Lina: I mean, I just wanted to get your opinion on it. Like, what do you honestly think we should do?

Abner: Right now, we've made this old people pact with her and I think it's too early to be turnin' on that.

Lina starts to nod as Abner goes on.

Loyalty is a very important thing to me both inside and outside this game and I'm not gonna compromise my values for a million dollars. Not a chance in hell. Me and Lina made an alliance with Danielle, and if we turn on it right after we shook hands and everythin', we're gonna look like a bunch of shady, shady, people. And I don't want to have that target of flip-flopper on my back this early in.

–Abner

Abner: I know you like the girl, I do too, but we need to think with our heads. If we flip this early, no one is gonna wanna work with us and we'll go out right after her.

Lina nods as she finally speaks up.

Lina: I mean, yeah. That's basically it. I agree with you and although it sucks that Danielle has to stay, we did make a promise to her.

Abner: That's right. We can't let emotions get caught up in our decisions. Just pure logic.

Lina(Nodding her head): I agree.

The two continue to affirm their plan as the camera focuses on Lina.

Well, I gave Abner my pitch, and he shot it right down.(Giggling) In all fairness, he does make a good point. Flipping this early definitely has its risks and retributions. But at the same time, there still are some risks to staying true to your word, especially when the person you're being true to is not true themselves! I want Danielle gone, but there aren't enough numbers, plain and simple.

–Lina

The view is then extended as we can see Danielle watching Lina and Abner like a hawk from the shelter. She continues to glare as the two get deeper and deeper into their conversation.

Everything is set, Amanda's leaving tonight. But, naturally, I am a very paranoid person and when I see Lina and Abner talking on the beach, I immediately think trouble is coming. And they weren't just talking, they were "talking" talking. Like, they were really getting into it and I could just tell that they were discussing strategy. I'd like to think that they'd stay loyal to me after I saved them, but you never know with this game. Anything can happen.

–Danielle

The sun is shown starting to set as Amanda is seen frantically looking around the jungle for any trace of the hidden immunity idol.

At this point, I can't rely on anyone but myself. Danielle is a complete wild card and Lina doesn't want to make a move, so I'm basically stuck with finding the idol as my only option. It's usually hidden around some type of landmark or something that sticks out to the eye. But just going off of that isn't enough. As things stands, I'm not gonna make it out of tonight without a miracle.

–Amanda

The scene then fades to a dark night sky as intense tribal music starts to play in the background. All four members of the Lazare tribe can be seen making their way into the Tribal Council area and setting down their torches in their respective holders before taking a seat and facing Probst.

Probst: Wow. Three times in a row. Abner, is this the situation you thought you would be in eight days into this game?

Abner: Definitely not, Jeff. When it came down to four people like this, I thought we'd be nearin' the end, not bein' only on day eight!

Abner's statement arouses a few giggles as Probst smirks.

Probst: Lina, at the last Tribal Council you barely survived the vote against Jayson. Do you think you might be in trouble tonight?

Lina: I mean, as we vote off more and more people, the chances of me going to Redemption Island only increases. So yes, I would say I'm cautiously worried.

Probst(Raising an eyebrow): Why cautiously?

Lina: Because I have given my word to a few people that I'd stick with them until the end and I'm hoping they're prepared to honor their word to me too.

Probst: Who'd you give your word to?

Lina hesitates a moment before saying something.

Lina: It's me, Abner, and Danielle.

Amanda smiles as Danielle bites her lip.

Probst: Well, Amanda, that makes things pretty easy to deduce, doesn't it?

Amanda: Of course. I mean, I've known I was the bottom guy on the totem pole since Jayson got blindsided. So it's no surprise to me that I'm being outcasted.

Probst: So what do you do when there is this tight group of three and you're the one left out?

Amanda: Obviously I am gonna scramble and try and mix things up. I think that Danielle has definitely run this tribe into the ground and kind of helped it implode in a way.

Danielle raises her hand so that she can speak.

Probst: Danielle?

Danielle: I find it very funny that she is trying to make a case against me when three days ago she and her boyfriend were in my ear trying to get Lina out.

Lina nods as Amanda frowns and speaks up.

Amanda: He's not my boyfriend!

Danielle: Say whatever you want, sweetie. The point is is that you two were pair, so I decided to split that up for my own personal game.

Probst: But Danielle, don't you see how a move like that can destroy a tribe and make it weaker?

Amanda nods at this as Danielle answers the question.

Danielle: Was it a risky move? Sure. But I am one of the weaker people on this tribe so I need other weak people sitting next to me so I have a shot at making it to the merge.

Lina looks up at Abner as the cattle rancher smiles and shakes his head at Danielle's comment.

Probst: So Amanda, what are you basing your vote off of tonight?

Amanda: My vote is probably still ranging between Danielle and Lina. I think that Abner is too strong to vote off at this point.

Lina's eyes widen as she is shocked that Amanda has brought up her name.

Probst: Lina, surprised that Amanda is still considering you to vote for?

Lina: Definitely. I just don't see how smart it is to say that when she needs mine and Abner's votes in order to stay alive tonight.

Danielle smirks as Probst goes back to Amanda.

Probst: Amanda, do you hold by your claim?

Amanda: I do. Ultimately, Danielle and Lina have been the two weakest people in challenges and they've been the ones running everything at camp. I think that they're both double threats and that tonight would be the night to vote one of them out.

Lina shakes her head as Danielle's grin grows wider.

Probst: Well, with that, it is time to vote. Danielle, you're up first.

One by one, each of the castaways cast their vote and place it into the voting urn. Both Danielle and Lina's votes are shown to the viewing audience as Amanda is the last one to place her ballot into the urn before she goes back and sits down in her spot.

Probst: I'll go tally the votes.

The camera shows all four of the Lazare members nervously awaiting the retrieval and reading fo the votes as Probst is seen coming back with the urn in hand.

Probst: If anyone has the Hidden Immunity Idol and would like to play, now would be the time to do so.

All eyes are focused on Amanda as she looks down to her bag before looking back up again. Danielle and Lina look back, thinking that she doesn't have the idol.

Amanda: Excuse me, Jeff?

The other three all jolt in Amanda's direction as she is seen reaching into her bag once again.

Amanda(Smiling): This thing is a little hard to find so excuse me if I take a minute or two.

A few moments later, Amanda pulls out the idol, stands up, and walks it over to Probst, much to the shock of the other three.

Amanda: Here you go!

Probst: This is indeed a hidden immunity idol.

Amanda grins as Danielle's mouth is seen being blurred. Lina looks over to Abner with shock and worry in her face as all Abner can do is bury his head into his hands. Amanda walks back to her seat in triumph, happy that the other three are now being put on the spot.

Probst: This is a Hidden Immunity Idol. All votes cast for Amanda will not count. I will now read the votes.

First vote: Amanda (Does not count) (0)

Amanda smiles and nods as she knew that she had votes coming her way. Danielle grits her teeth as Abner bites his lip out of pure anxiety.

Second vote: Amanda (Does not count) (0)

Lina looks over to Amanda, but the latter does not look her in the eye. The retired nurse looks back at Probst, hoping that it's Danielle or Abner's name coming up.

Third vote: Amanda (Does not count) (0)

The anxitey increases as the other three are all seen in various states of panic. Abner is crossing his heart as Lina clenches her eyes shut while Danielle looks at the vote head-on. And in the corner is Amanda, who is all smiles at the fact that her plan is about to go into effect.

Last vote:

Probst: Third person voted out of Survivor: Seychelles.............................

....................Danielle. That's one and tonight that's enough. You need to bring me your torch.

Danielle rolls her eyes and starts to grab her things as both Abner and Lina breath a huge sigh of relief that Amanda stuck to her original vote. Before grabbing her torch, Danielle looks over to Amanda and says a disdainful remark towards her.

Danielle(Bitterly): Well, I guess we know who the real dirty player is now, don't we?

Amanda smiles and ignores her as the legal secretary places her torch in the holder.

Probst: Danielle, the tribe has spoken.

And with that, Danielle's torch is snuffed.

Probst: You still have a chance to get back in the game. Grab your torch and head to Redemption Island.

Danielle(Under her breath): I most certainly will.

As Danielle is exiting the Tribal Council area, Lina looks over to Amanda.

Lina(Whispering): Thank you.

Amanda simply nods as she and the other two turn their attention back to Probst.

Probst: Well, I think that tonight's vote-off helped illustrate that no matter how down and out you are, there is always still a glimmer of hope. That can go for winning challenges too. You can guys can head back to camp. Good night.

The three remaining members of the Lazare tribe all grab their torches and head out as the intro theme starts to play in the background.

You are an annoying, stupid, spoiled, entitled, brat and I have no qualms about sending you to RI with your boyfriend.

Amanda, originally I wanted to vote with you, but once you brought my name into the mix, you signed your own death warrant is what you did.

Final Words[]

Ugh, I should've known that Amanda would pull something like that off. It's ironic that the thing that almost got me voted off on day three is what ultimately came back to bite me on day eight. I have no regrets about the way I played the game and although I am the frail, older, lady who just got blindsided, I've still got so much more fight in me and I'm gonna be competing until the end on Redemption Island.
