Story[]
Day 1[]
“ | Right now, twenty-one ordinary people are sitting in helicopters, being flown out to three different mountains. These mountains will be their home for the next thirty-nine days. They have no idea what I have in store for them, but it will not be easy. Twenty-one people, Thirty-nine days, one survivor | ” |
–Jeff Probst |
Shoshone Mountain[]
The two helicopters containing the 10 members of the Shoshone tribe lands in a clearing. They get out quickly, and the helicopters leave them by themselves. They have nothing except for a bag with their personal belongings, a bag with essential itmes and a note from Jeff.
Lysander opens the note and starts reading, despite the spread muttering.
Lysander: "Dear Shoshone tribe. Welcome to Shoshone Mountain. This will be your home for the next couple of weeks. I want you to get settled, because you have a big day ahead tomorrow. Jeff."
“ | That dude who read the note, I can't be the only one noticing the resemblance with Jesus. Like, seriously. Look at him. | ” |
–Trenton |
The tribe quickly agreed to set up a shelter and a fire. Trenton and Marcus begun to collect firewood while the rest collected materials for a shelter.
Helle, Al and Brown had begun to clear an area.
Helle: Have you done this before?
Al: Yes.
Helle: You're a scout or something?
Al: No.
Helle: Alright then...
“ | Day one, I already hate Al. | ” |
–Helle |
“ | Girl with blue hair asks too many questions. | ” |
–Al |
Table Mountain[]
The tribe on Table Mountain had gotten the same note, and had quickly established a shelter and a fire. It was Bobby who had done most of the work, and the tribe was now exploring the nearby area.
Bobby insisted on making snares to catch rabbits, and along with Gene and Earl he was making some by using his shoelaces.
Earl: Let me guess. Hunter?
Bobby: Nope, carpenter.
Earl: Must be quite a nature's man then.
Bobby: What'd you mean?
Earl: Setting snares up like that. I mean, I can't do that. I'm impressed. Aren't you?
Gene: Yeah, sure.
Bobby: Appreciate it.
“ | Right now, I'm just trying to be valuable to the group, and it seems like it's going fine. | ” |
–Bobby |
“ | It's obvious that Bobby tries to make himself valuable. I don't think Earl realizes it, but the game has already begun. | ” |
–Gene |
Shoshone Mountain[]
During their first night at Shoshone Mountain, they got waken up in the middle of the night by a scream.
It appeared to be Sarah who had seen a snake, and was freaking out because of that.
“ | Of course there's snakes, what did she think? | ” |
–Trenton |
“ | I can't take snakes. When I signed up for this, I expected the crew to clear the area for snakes. I am not going back to sleep. | ” |
–Sarah |
Trenton: Come on, you need to get some rest.
Sarah: No, I'm good. I'll keep the fire going.
“ | We can't use someone who doesn't sleep. I'm sure Sarah's a nice girl, but if she wants to keep living in this game, she better get herself together. | ” |
–Trenton |
Day 2[]
Morey Peak[]
It's early in the morning when Rob got flown to Morey Peak. He had been told to survive on his own until he received a note from Jeff. Rob had no idea how long he would have to stay on his own, but he was told that if he made it, he would receive three immunity idols to use as he wished.
“ | The fact that I'm chosen for this is amazing. I know I can do this. If I have to live for myself for all 39 days, I'll do it. Those moneys, they'll be mine, just you wait and see. | ” |
–Rob |
Shoshone Mountain[]
The next day, the tribes received tree mail, saying they would go to reward challenge. Everyone in Shoshone tribe was confident, everyone but Al.
“ | These people, they're not strong like me. They can't win this game. I can win. They cannot win. | ” |
–Al |
“ | Al? Eh, I dunno, I haven't really had the opportunity to chat with him yet, but he looks like a nice guy. | ” |
–Marcus |
Challenge[]
The two tribes met up. Jeff was standing on the top of a cliff, yelling to them.
Jeff: Welcome. This if your first reward challenge. Here is how this is going to work. Each tribe picks two people to solve a big puzzle. One person will tell the other person how to do it. However, the puzzle maker will be blindfolded. Does everyone understand?
Everyone: Yes!
Jeff: And the reward for winning this challenge, is tarps. Two pieces of tarps, great for making a shelter.
For Shoshone, Samson would make the puzzle while blindfolded, while Sarah would tell him what to do.
On Table, Bobby would be blindfolded, Luanne would guide him.
While Samson had trouble understanding what Sarah meant, Bobby understood everything Luanne told him. This lead to Table winning within five minutes.
Jeff: Wow, Table. Impressive. Good teamwork. Come take your reward, I'll see you all tomorrow.
Morey Peak[]
Rob hadn't managed to either get fire or make a decent shelter. He had been sleeping under a tree, but woke in the middle of the night due to ants.
When he woke up again in the morning, he had gotten a note from Jeff.
Rob: "Rob. It is difficult to live alone, but I will give you an offer. Give up one of your immunity idols and you will get materials and tools. One more, you get food. One more, you get comfort. Jeff."
Rob rips the note apart and places it with the timber.
Rob: No, thank you, Jeff.
Day 3[]
Table Mountain[]
“ | Winning the first challenge was amazing. Great job from Bobby and Luanne. It'd be fun if we won today as well. | ” |
–Earl |
“ | It's been 2 days, and I've already shown my worth. I think I can be confident that I will not be the first person voted out. | ” |
–Bobby |
Shoshone Mountain[]
The mood was worse in Shoshone, mostly due to Sarah still not sleeping. Marcus and Trenton had been talking about loosing on purpose to vote Sarah out, but they knew they were stronger in bigger numbers.
“ | Sarah's a pain in the ass, that's for sure. If we lose today, Sarah is going. | ” |
–Trenton |
Challenge[]
The two tribes met up the same location. Jeff was standing on the top of a cliff, just like yesterday.
Jeff: Welcome. In this challenge, you will all be tied together and make your way up here. Once you're up here, you will have to untie everyone on your tribe. First tribe to finish wins. Does everyone understand?
Everyone: Yes!
Jeff: You fight for immunity. Get ready.
The two tribes got ready, and just as Jeff yelled 'go', both tribes ran towards the cliffside. It looked impossible, but once they were there, it went easy enough.
Shoshone got quickly ahead, but as Lysander slipped the whole tribe fell down. This gave room for Table, who got up and untied everyone, Shoshone not even being halfway. This lead to Table winning.
Jeff: Again, congratulations, Table. Come take your immunity idol. Shoshone, I'll see you tonight.
Table Mountain[]
The mood on Table was great. They still hadn't set up the tarps, so while Bobby, Earl and Gene were checking on the traps, Zeuia helped some of the girls setting them up.
Gertha: Winning was amazing. I feel like we can take down the other tribe.
Zeuia: Don't judge too quick. The game has only just begun.
Gertha: Yeah, I know, but still. It was great winning.
“ | Zeuia is weird. I mean, he's nice but... weird. | ” |
–Gertha |
Shoshone Mountain[]
On Shoshone the mood wasn't anywhere near as good. Everyone was worried, and quickly split up to talk.
Helle, Nellie, Sarah and Brown were preparing the food while talking.
Helle: I think it's clear. Lysander made us lose. He has to go.
Sarah: I don't know. It wasn't his fault.
Helle: We're weaker with him. Trust me.
Sarah: I guess. But still, it could have been anyone slipping.
Elsewhere, the boys were talking.
Trenton: Sarah is a pain in the ass. I don't think there's much to discuss.
Marcus: We could give her a chance though.
Trenton: What for? She's the weakest.
Lysander: I'm with Trenton. It's gotta be Sarah.
Marcus: You're just saying that because you're afraid they'll vote on you.
Lysander: Of course. I don't want to leave yet.
“ | They're judging Sarah too quickly. I'm not going to vote for her. | ” |
–Marcus |
Council[]
At the council, the first thing they were told to do, was to light a torch and set it behind them. They did that, and then Jeff began talking.
Jeff: Welcome to your first tribal council. Nellie, you lost today. Why?
Nellie: Lysander slipped. It was an accident, but it was... unfortunate.
Jeff: Is that enough reason to vote him out?
Nellie: Of course not.
Jeff: Marcus, how will you vote tonight?
Marcus: I don't know, Jeff. I'm still figuring out how this game works.
Jeff: You have to hurry.
Marcus: I know, I know. I just don't feel good about having to vote someone out.
Jeff: That's the game.
Marcus: I know.
Jeff: All right. With these words, it's time for council. One by one, you go up and write the name on the person you want out of Survivor. You have to vote, you can't vote for yourself. In case of tie, it will be settled by duel. Kacee, you're up.
One by one, they all went up and wrote the names on the people they wanted out. After everyone had voted, Jeff got the urn and began revealing the notes.
He kept turning the votes until there was 3 on Lysander, 1 on Nellie, 1 on Al and 3 on Sarah.
Jeff: That means there is two votes left. If the next vote is on Lysander or Sarah, that person is out of Survivor. The first person out of Survivor: Nevada Mountains is... Sarah. Take your torch, get up here.
Sarah got up and got her torch. Jeff put it out with the words 'the tribe has spoken'.
