Cornelia Muttano is a contestant from Survivor: Vatulele.
Cornelia is remembered for her zany personality and continually fighting from the bottom. Constantly targeted for being an outsider and for her challenge weaknesses, Cornelia managed to bond strongly with Cress Brooke, Emilia Hinderlie, and Talula Citadels. She survived after a twice tied vote between herself and enemy Jolyon Xu forced rocks, and then once more after Jolyon made a risky plot that shifted the votes away from her. She managed to survive to the swap by the skin of her teeth. While a Taunovo alliance was originally the plan, strategy devolved to an all out battle for votes between Jolyon and Cornelia. After Cornelia injured her knee in the first post-swap Immunity Challenge, most of the tribe decided she was a liability and she was booted in 12th place.

If You Could Have 3 Things on The Island What Would They Be and Why:
- My tools so I could go excavating around the island; it would also be fun to teach my tribe about my profession.
- A computer so I could keep up to date with my family and the world
- A lie detector so I can tell who to trust!
SURVIVOR Contestant You Are Most Like: I believe the castaway I am most similar to is Scout Cloud Lee from Vanuatu. We are both older lesbian women who have a drive to do well in the game and are determined to go as far as we can.
Reason for Being on SURVIVOR: I have watched Survivor since the very first episode, and it has always been a dream of mine to compete. My daughter Eleanor also loves the show and it is an important bonding experience for us. My nephew is a diehard fan, and he also challenged me to keep applying despite being rejected many times, and I’m thankful for his pushing!
Why You Think You’ll “Survive” SURVIVOR: I have lived on excavations out in the desolate nowhere, chipping away tiny flecks of stone to reveal ancient fossils. I am patient and I’m no stranger to the outdoors, although having to build our own shelter and collecting our own food will be a little tiring.
Why You Think You Will Be the Sole SURVIVOR: I love people, and I get along with most well. I will use my social skills to my advantage to get further in the game. I am observant and patient, key skills for succeeding in Survivor. I will excell in the mental portions of challenges. I will also not be afraid to turn on people although my demeanor might make it seem otherwise.
