Season Summary[]
Twenty castaways began their Survivor journey in Guadeloupe. The game quickly began as alliances were formed. On Bananier, the main division was between the younger and the older members, with one castaway, Connor Winston, who was hated by the whole tribe for his grumpiness and constant complaining. On Goyaves, Regan quickly made friends with Ida, and then she tried to seduce the men into joining her alliance as well, with Brenden and Harvey both joining the alliance. Rodger got annoyed with Regan's constant attempts to flirt with him, and set his own alliance up in retaliation, leaving Abbie and Holly in the middle. Goyaves lost the first two challenges due to their inability to cooperate. This decimated half of Rodger's alliance (Louie, and then Chloe), leaving only him and Joel. Goyaves finally won the third challenge, and everyone but Connor, Lydia, and Beth voted for Connor to go home.
On Day 12, both tribes had to attend Tribal Council. Over on Bananier, Dallas switched his vote from Izzy to Ruby in order to better his position in the game, which sent Ruby home and left Taylor, his closest ally, feeling betrayed. On Goyaves, Joel created chaos and tried to switch the target off of him by revealing that Ida had told him that Regan had a Hidden Immunity Idol. However, Joel still got eliminated in a 4-2-2 vote.
On Day 15, Taylor played a Hidden Immunity Idol, sending Izzy home. Although the Worker Bees were still at an advantage, Dallas considered flipping. Later, a mutiny occurred, sending Abbie to Bananier. She was immediately targeted by the males of Bananier, while the females took her into their alliance. Bananier had to go to Tribal that night, and to avoid drawing rocks, Dallas flipped on his alliance and voted out Ryan with the women. Soon after, Lydia felt like she wanted to quit the game. Luke, realizing that it would save him from elimination, convinced Lydia to quit the game. In the end, she did, sparing Luke indirectly in the process.
On Day 23, the two tribes merged, but tribal lines did not stay. Everyone except for Regan, Dallas, Brenden, and Harvey were dead-set on getting Regan out. However, Dallas played his and Taylor's idol and used it on Regan, negating the eight votes cast against her and sending Beth home in a 4-0 vote. The Anti-Sweethearts continued to attempt to get Regan out, but when Adam's loyalty to the alliance began to waver, Taylor and Holly took charge and voted him out, while Regan wasted her only idol left by negating one vote. That same night, Brenden quickly made alliances with everyone else on his tribe except for Ida, putting himself in a good position in the game.
The Survivor Auction occurred on Day 28. Dallas got an advantage in the next immunity challenge, Regan got the ability to cast an extra vote at that night's Tribal Council, and Holly was able to eliminate someone who had not yet bought anything at the auction and take all of their money. Holly chose to eliminate Harvey, as he was the only member of the Sweetheart Alliance left vulnerable. Dallas won the immunity challenge on Day 30, leaving Regan vulnerable yet again. Brenden was able to convince the whole tribe to vote for Ida, because she was the only one on the tribe he wasn't aligned with. Ida was blindsided in a unanimous vote, much to her shock.
After Ida got blindsided, The Anti-Sweethearts slowly discovered that Brenden was playing both sides. Though Abbie was immune, leaving the threatening Regan vulnerable, the majority alliance decided to vote out Brenden instead, sparing Regan and Dallas yet again.
Tensions arose when Holly accused Taylor and Luke of secretly working with Regan and Dallas to eliminate The Anti-Sweethearts. Regan won immunity, leaving Dallas vulnerable. Despite Holly's attempts to sway the vote towards Taylor, Dallas still went home in a 4-3 vote.
After the vote, Taylor and Holly seemed to have put their differences aside for the sole purpose of taking out Regan. That changed, however, when Regan blackmailed Holly with a fake idol to make Holly be willing to vote for Taylor. Regan went to The Anti-Sweethearts claiming that Holly was gunning for Taylor, in an attempt to save herself. It almost worked, but Abbie managed to switch the vote back to Regan, eliminating the last Sweetheart from the game.
