Story[]

Night 18[]

Day nineteen begins with the Cabot Tribe returning to their camp after just having voted Andy out. Kyle asks the group if he can talk about the vote as the castaways settle into the shelter.

Look guys, I just want to say that I have no ill will towards anyone who voted Andy out. It did suck, I ain’t going to lie to you bros but it is what it is and right now for me it is water under the bridge. But can anyone tell me why you got rid of him and not me?

–Kyle

Simple, we thought you might have an idol and that is why you have been acting so cocky. So we decided to get rid of him over you for that reason and that reason alone.

–Octavia

Well I am just naturally cocky, it didn’t have anything to do with my idol but it was smart of y’all to think that way.

–Violet

Part of me is pissed that they took Andy out because the dude was my wingman. But the fact of the matter is bro, he was going to have to go at some point down the line because he was a threat to me and I never really pictured him sitting next to me in the finals.

In a way they did me a favor getting rid of him but it does make my game tougher. Right now I am down but I ain’t out yet and as long as I stay around in this game I will do everything I can to get to the finals.

–Kyle

Day 19[]

Day nineteen begins with a confessional by Kyle who is sitting on the ground next to a large tree…

Day nineteen has arrived bro and it is now time for me to turn over a new leaf bro. Or make the other people on my tribe think I turned over a new leaf.

I have to become a go team go guy. It ain’t something that I really want to do but right now I have to keep a low profile and I can’t force my alpha maleness on anyone.

–Kyle

We now see clips of Kyle helping out around camp, asking others if they need any help.

I guess last night’s vote served as a wakeup call for Kyle. He has been working his ass off all day and that is simply not something that he has done in the past.

Then again it is day nineteen and this is the first actual day he has really worked, so I am not convinced that he has changed. His position in this game might have changed but he himself has not, he is just trying to work a con on us.

–Simon

Over at the Beothuk Tribe, Urban asks if he can address the entire tribe.

Look y’all I ain’t one to be sentimental or anything but I just wanted to say thank you for keeping me last night. I know when this new Beothuk Tribe first formed I wasn’t really a part of your team but each of you have made me feel like I am a part of the team now and I truly appreciate that.

Like I said last night, y’all don’t have to worry about me jumping ship when it comes to the merge. I am Beothuk to the end and there’s nothing that is going to change that. Y’all looked out for me and I’m going to look out for y’all. It don’t matter if we go into the merge without the numbers, all that matters is that we stay loyal to each other and stick together.

If we do that, then there ain’t no way the other tribe will beat us post-merge, because I have a feeling that that team is fractured. A fractured team will never last.

–Urban

Urban made a nice little speech, but at the end of the day I want to see if he practices what he preaches. Because right now he is talking a good game, but I have a sneaking suspicion that if he thinks backstabbing us is good for him…well then he will backstab us.

–Paul

Octavia and Kyle of the Cabot Tribe are talking about the Andy vote.

Quote1Look, I understand why you did it. I am not mad bro, because in the long run that moved helped the both of us. But what I want to make clear to you is that I am still one hundred percent with you moving forward in the game.

Last night was water under the bridge for me bro. We can now hit the reset button and move on from there.Quote2
- Kyle

Quote1Well if that is how you really feel cool. However, I have to ask you is this new and improved Kyle bull or are you legit?Quote2- Octavia

Quote1Here’s the thing bro, last night you cut me off at the legs bro. My game going forward is in your hands and your hands alone. So yeah I kind of…sort of have to be this new and improved Kyle.

I am a little concerned about you working with Billie-Jean bro. I mean you gave her a lot of power last night. The thing is who should you trust?

I mean I might have had diarrhea of the mouth when I said I ran the team, but you put me in my place and I am willing to do what I need to do to stay on your good side. Then you’ve got Billie-Jean who is clearly in bed with the other tribe. Why else would they give her Immunity last night?

It’s because they know a merge is coming in the next couple of days and they know that they will not have the numbers and they know she’ll flip. Violet told me that Billie-Jean was tight with Marlon, so where do you think she will go when the merge comes?Quote2
- Kyle

Quote1You bring up a good point and it is something I have thought about. Right now I think I will play the wait and see game with her.

You will be happy to know that right now I see the two of you as equals as far as trust goes…Quote2
- Octavia

Quote1Oh that hurts bro…just playing. It is what it is; I have been loyal to you since we met. She voted with you once. At the end of the day I think you know who I am down with bro, but you have to do you and I am cool with that.Quote2- Kyle

Right now I am trying to plant seeds of doubt in Octavia’s head about where Billie-Jean is at in this game. Getting Octavia back on my side is key to me staying in the game. I say that because I know that Jocelyn is just a sheep and will go wherever the majority is vote wise and Violet will stick by me no matter what. So if I can get Octavia to doubt Billie-Jean…well then I am back in control of this tribe bro.

–Kyle

Day 20[]

Day twenty starts with a confessional from Billie-Jean…

Well here we are on day twenty. Wow…I can’t believe I just said that…is it really day twenty?

I really hope that the merge happens today because I want this game to really begin. Also, I am sick of looking at the same people day after day. A merge will breathe new life into this game or at least I hope it will.

–Billie-Jean

Reward Challenge:

Both tribes enter the challenge area at the same time. Once all of the members of the two tribes are settled on their mat; Jeff Probst informs the Beothuk Tribe that Andy was voted out at the last Tribal Council. Everyone on the Beothuk Tribe seems shocked about this.

Jeff Probst then informs the Cabot Tribe that Molly was voted out at the last Tribal Council by the Beothuk Tribe. Octavia does not looked pleased over the fact that her former ally was voted out. Jeff takes note of the fact that members of the Cabot Tribe have their bags with them. Jeff asks Kyle why he and his teammates have brought their bags to the challenge with them. Kyle says that they are expecting a merge to happen today.

Jeff smiles and says…

Jeff Probst: Nobody said anything about a merge happening today. In fact the merge is not going to be happening today.

Both tribes looked saddened by this news. Jeff then explains the rules to the reward challenge after he is done with that he informs the Cabot Tribe that they must sit one member of their tribe out of the challenge and it cannot be Violet. After a brief discussion Jocelyn raises her hand and says that she will sit out of the challenge.

Jeff gives the two tribes a minute to strategize before the challenge begins. Here is a breakdown of who is doing what for their tribe during this challenge…

Round 1:

Kyle is the first person up for the Cabot Tribe; he shoots the puck wide right of the net.

Zelda is the first shooter up for the Beothuk Tribe, she shoots it directly at the net but Billie-Jean is able to block the puck from entering the net.

Simon is the second shooter up for the Cabot Tribe, he shoots the puck but Urban is able to block it.

Paul is the next shooter up for the Beothuk Tribe, he hits a blistering shot right past Billie-Jean scoring the first goal for his team. This means that the Beothuk Tribe is now leading one goal to nothing.

Violet is the third shooter up for the Cabot Tribe and her shot does not go anywhere near the net. Kyle is shown looking furious at her failed attempt.

Marlon is the next shooter up for the Beothuk Tribe, he shoots the puck well but Billie-Jean is able to make the save.

Octavia is up next for the Cabot Tribe. She, much like Violet before her, misses the net completely.

Pearl is the fourth shooter up for the Beothuk Tribe, she shoots and it looks like it might give Billie-Jean trouble but somehow Billie-Jean is able to make an amazing save.

At the end of round one the Beothuk Tribe leads one goal to nothing.

Round 2:

Kyle is back up for the Cabot Tribe and he once again misses the net slightly.

Zelda tries to put more power into her shot in this round but it is to no avail as Billie-Jean once again blocks the shot.

Simon takes his second shot and this time he succeeds in scoring a goal against Urban. This means that both tribes are now tied at one goal apiece.

Paul is up next and his team is looking for him to repeat what he did last round and he did just that as his fired the puck and it whizzed right by Billie-Jean and into the net. The Beothuk Tribe leads two goals to one.

Violet once again embarrasses herself as her puck only goes a couple of feet and ends up nowhere near the goal.

Marlon is up next and his shot is once again blocked by Billie-Jean.

Octavia’s shot during this round was not as bad as her previous shot but her shot was weakly hit and therefore very easy for Urban to handle.

Pearl shot in this round ends up getting by Billie-Jean which means that Pearl has scored the challenge winning goal for her tribe!

With the challenge now done Jeff Probst informs the members of the Cabot Tribe that he has nothing for them as the members of the Beothuk Tribe celebrate their hard fought win.

A dejected Cabot Tribe returns to their camp after losing the Reward Challenge.

Quote1Sorry guys about the challenge. I just suck at hockey I guess.Quote2- Violet

Quote1No worries, it looked like we all sucked at hockey.Quote2- Simon

Quote1I wonder if Paul played hockey, I mean he hit some blistering shots. So I have to believe that he probably did play some…even if it was only semi-pro.Quote2- Billie-Jean

Quote1That challenge was just not ours to win; our skillset did not fit with it. As long as we do not lose the Immunity Challenge we should be golden.Quote2- Simon

Quote1You, know I am not upset at losing the challenge, yeah ice cream would have been great and all…but what really sucks is I thought the merge was going to happen today.Quote2- Jocelyn

Quote1Yeah I was dreaming of the merge feast and when Jeff said it was not going to happen today…well I was a little sad. Oh well we can’t dwell on it because that will do us no good.Quote2- Violet

There was no way we were going to win that reward challenge today bro. We should have just forfeited to them before the challenge even started. I mean they have three dudes on that tribe and this tribe has…well just me. I refuse to consider Simon a dude because he has not athletic ability so he is just as useless as the chicks on this tribe are.

This was a day we could have used Andy in the challenge but they had to go and get rid of him in order to teach me a lesson. Well the lesson was learned today bro, we aren’t going to win any more physical challenges.

–Kyle

The members of the Beothuk Tribe arrive at the little hut where they are treated to their reward. Urban asks Paul if he has ever played any hockey and Paul confirms that he did indeed play hockey and high school and college but that he has not played in thirty-seven years. Zelda starts laughing over the fact that they had a ringer on the team.

Paul points out that he might have scored two goals but Pearl’s winning goal was far more impressive. Peal laughs and says that she has never even watched a hockey game before and had no idea what she was doing. Zelda says that for someone who was a novice she certainly impressed her.

A one point during the reward Marlon starts holding his head in pain and moaning over the fact that he has an ice cream headache. His teammates all laugh at this because Marlon seems to be acting over the top.

Winning this reward today was very good. I think it really brought the five of us closer or at least I hope it did. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and having a great time. It is amazing just how much a win can bond a group of people.

–Peael

Day 21[]

Day twenty-one begins with a confessional from Zelda.

The Immunity Challenge today will probably dictate the outcome of this game. A win today is so crucial for us because if there is a merge in the next day or so we will head into that merge with even numbers.

However, if we lose today we will head into the potential merge down in numbers. Honestly, I really do not even want to think about losing because I have no clue who I would want to vote out. I would probably just help Marlon and Paul get rid of Urban and hope that Pearl would forgive me, but then again I might make a big move and get rid of Marlon.

I truly hope that is a decision that I do not have to make tonight.

–Zelda

Immunity Challenge:

The two teams enter the challenge site and Jeff explains the rules of the challenge to the castaways. Jeff reminds the two tribes that the winning tribe will be safe from the vote tonight, while the losing tribe will go to Tribal Council, where one of their tribe members will end up becoming the eighth person voted out of Survivor: Terra Nova.

Jeff informs the Cabot Tribe that they must sit out one member of their tribe. He then reminds the Cabot Tribe that that Jocelyn must compete in this challenge as she sat out the previous challenge.

After a brief discussion the Cabot Tribe decides that Violet is going to sit this challenge out.

Pearl is the first person to drop out of the challenge just two minutes into the challenge. She looks embarrassed by this fact as she sits down on the ground.

The next person out of the challenge is Paul; he drops his poles due to the distraction of a fly that lands on his nose. Paul cusses at himself before sitting down on the ground.

We then get a time lapsed shot of the challenge and when it stops we see that Marlon is not looking all that comfortable as his arms begin to shake. He however is not the next person to drop their poles; the next person to drop out of the challenge is Octavia. Octavia exit is followed quickly by Simon, who was standing next to Octavia and became distracted when she dropped her poles.

Another time lapsed shot of the challenge is show and when it stops we once again see Marlon struggling to get comfortable. However, this time no matter what Marlon tries to do he just cannot keep his arms straight and he ends up dropping out of the challenge.

Jeff informs the castaways that they have been at the challenge for a half an hour. Almost immediately after Jeff makes this proclamation Billie-Jean drops her poles. She just shakes her head and angrily sits down.

Jocelyn begins to struggle which Jeff Probst points out, this causes Urban to peer over at Jocelyn to see exactly how she is doing. This was a mistake on Urban’s part as this momentary lapse in concentration causes him to drop one of his poles.

Jeff Probst notes that Zelda is the last hope for the Beothuk Tribe and if she loses her tribe will go to Tribal Council. Zelda does not look the least bit concerned over this fact as she stands there in an almost Zen like state.

Jocelyn on the other hand continues to struggle as one of her poles is now hanging off the board. She tries to move her arm to correct it and that is her downfall as the pole falls, thus eliminating her from the challenge.

At this point Kyle begins talking smack to Zelda. Saying things such as, “I’m ready to stay here all day and all night if need be bro.” And, “Drop your pole Zelda; you know you can’t compete with a stud like me.”

Marlon urges Zelda to pay no attention to Kyle, he then tells Kyle to shut up. Zelda must have heeded Marlon’s advice as she did not even move an inch while Kyle began to struggle. Kyle, whose arms were visibly shaking, finally dropped one of his poles. This meant that Zelda was the last person left standing and therefore she won Immunity for her tribe.

The members of the Beothuk Tribe swarm Zelda as they celebrate their victory on their team’s mat.

After the challenge is over, Jeff Probst hands the Immunity Idol over to Zelda. Jeff then informs the members of the Cabot Tribe that he will be seeing them a Tribal Council this evening where one of them will be the eighth person voted out of Survivor: Terra Nova.

This was a big victory for our tribe and I am so happy that my girl Zelda won it for us. Seeing Kyle lose to Zelda was just an added bonus.

–Marlon

A very dejected Cabot Tribe returns to camp.

I can’t believe I lost that challenge bro, especially in a challenge that I really needed to win. This sucks, I am not sure how I am going to stay here but I’m going to do my best to stay.

–Kyle

Billie-Jean, Simon, and Octavia are out on the beach discussing the vote. Billie-Jean says that the vote is a no brainer and they should get rid of Kyle. Octavia is not having it; she says that Jocelyn is a better option as she has not done anything the entire game to earn a spot on the merged tribe.

Simon brings up the fact that Jocelyn did help them vote out Andy and so that alone makes her someone worth keeping around. Octavia is still not having it; she says that while Jocelyn may have helped them out with the previous vote Simon should not forget that she (Jocelyn) voted for him previously.

Billie-Jean counters that now is the perfect time to get rid of Kyle because if they allow him to make the merge he may not be loyal to them and he may win a lot of Individual Immunity challenges. Simon chimes in saying that going into a merge with Violet and Kyle is not his ideal situation. Octavia says she understands where they are coming from but she still thinks the team needs to be kept strong on the oft chance that there is no merge.

Billie-Jean has a huge bee up her butt when it comes to Kyle. She wants him out in the worse way but I just do not think that is the right move to make tonight. Billie-Jean and Simon are trying to think three steps ahead when they should both be thinking about tonight.

Yesterday when Jeff told us that a merge was not happening that sucked the life out of us. Now with no merge in sight, I have to believe getting rid of Kyle would be a terrible move to make. We should clearly get rid of Jocelyn because she is deadwood as far as I am concerned.

–Octavia

Meanwhile back at the shelter Violet, Jocelyn, and Kyle talk about the vote. Kyle asks Jocelyn what it would take for Jocelyn to vote with them. Jocelyn tells his that she just wants to be a part of something in the game and she is tired of being a lone wolf.

Kyle says that he understands and he wants her to trust him and Violet. Violet asks Jocelyn who she would like to see go and Jocelyn says that it should be Billie-Jean because of her ties to the other tribe. Kyle laughs at this answer and then says that it is as if Jocelyn just read his mind. He says that Billie-Jean is the only option tonight but in order for that to happen they have to work on Octavia in order to secure her vote.

Right now I have to rebuild my army. Team Alpha Male is dead and buried, it turns out that I am the one true Alpha in this game. I am the king of kings and I now have to get a new crew to back me and if that means kissing Jocelyn and Octavia’s asses…well bro I am game. I’m totally ready to pucker up.

–Kyle

Kyle is now shown walking alone with Octavia. He tries to smooth talk her and she is not having any of it. Octavia says that she is going to vote of Jocelyn tonight and that is that. Kyle says that is a bad idea because Billie-Jean has ties to the other tribe and nobody else on their tribe does. Octavia asks about Urban and Kyle says that he and Urban were not tight and he only worked with Urban because Hank refused to vote with him.

Octavia says that she is going to keep it real with Kyle, she says she is not sure what she is going to do and will not be sure until she actually votes. Kyle informs her that three people will be voting for Billie-Jean and that she should make the smart move and vote with them because there is no reason to force a tie.

Ugh! I am being pulled in so many directions and have no clue what I am going to do tonight!

This is the most pivotal vote for me thus far. If I screw up and vote for the wrong person…well I might as well throw in the towel because it will seal my fate in the game. This is such a nightmare!

–Octavia

Tribal Council:

Jeff Probst welcomes the Cabot Tribe to Tribal Council and then waits for the castaways to settle down onto their respective seats. Once everyone is sitting Jeff asks Kyle why the Cabot Tribe has been losing a lot of challenges as of late. Kyle says that he thinks one reason is because Andy was voted out at the last Tribal Council. He (Kyle) says that had Andy still been around, they probably would have one the last couple of challenges.

Billie-Jean rolls her eyes which of course Jeff Probst picks up on right away. Jeff asks Billie-Jean if she disagrees with what Kyle has just said. Billie-Jean says that she actually partly agrees with what Kyle just said. Kyle chimes in and says “That’s a first.” Once everyone stop laughing, Billie-Jean continues her train of thought saying that getting rid of both George and Andy might have not been the smartest moves to make because the other tribe now has three men who seem to be overpowering the Cabot Tribe.

Kyle is pissed at this remark and says that nobody is overpowering him and that the only person on the other tribe that might be in his league is Marlon. He then makes the following bold proclamation…

Look bro, I am going to say this right now Paul is nothing but an old man and he isn’t competition for me bro and you put me in any kind of one-on-one challenge with Urban and I will mop the floor with him. Same goes for Marlon to!

–Kyle

Jeff, changes gears from the last topic, when he asks Jocelyn if the impending merge has any part in the way she will vote tonight. Jocelyn says that it does because they have to go to the merge with people that they can trust. She then says that if anyone has ties to the other tribe then that can be viewed as threatening.

Billie-Jean begins to laugh and when Jeff asks what is so funny she says…

Well Jeff I assume that comment was directed at me and if it is I find it hilarious that she finds a forty-five year old mother of two to be a threat. I am not a threat to flip I assure you of that, I want to see someone from this tribe make it to the end.

–Billie-Jean

Kyle says he is not buying it and says that Billie-Jean is a huge threat. He cites the fact that Marlon gave her Immunity at the previous Tribal Council. Billie-Jean, knowing exactly where this is all going, says of course Marlon gave her Immunity because he knew her. She then asks Kyle who he thinks Marlon should have given Immunity to.

Kyle says it should have went to Andy if Marlon had any respect for sportsmanship but Marlon used it strategically and gave it to his ally. Billie-Jean, who looks beyond frustrated, says that she and Marlon were not allies. She only knew him for a week; she said that her true ally was George from the previous tribe.

Violet says that, that is not true and that Billie-Jean and Marlon were always talking. Billie-Jean says that Violet is a liar and is just saying this because she wants Billie-Jean gone. Violet says that she has no reason to lie about this. Simon says that he can think of a lot reasons for her to lie about Billie-Jean and Marlon.

Jeff asks Octavia about her vote, Octavia says that she is not thinking about the merge because she has no idea if it will happen soon or not. She says that her vote will be to keep the current tribe as strong as possible. With that last comment it is now time to vote.

The members of the Cabot Tribe vote and after the last member of the tribe votes, which was Violet, Jeff goes and retrieves the votes. Jeff asks the castaways if anyone has a Hidden Immunity Idol before he reads the first vote. Nobody does and so Jeff begins reading the votes.

Jeff proceeds to read all of the votes and in the end Billie-Jean becomes the eighth contestant to be voted out of Survivor: Terra Nova.

Voting Confessionals[]

You are a smug, chauvinist, turd and I cannot wait to see you gone…bro.

–Billie-Jean

This vote is for Andy bro! Have fun hanging with him at the Loser's Lounge.

–Kyle

Once again I am actually voting for you. I am not sure what is going to happen but I would love to see you finally gone from this game.

–Simon

Jealously is a very ugly trait Billie-Jean and you have been jealous of me since we switched tribes. I am sorry if I made friends over here and no longer needed you. That’s just the way the cookie crumbled.

–Violet

I like you...I really do but I can't help but think your ties to the other tribe are very strong and so there is no way you should be allowed to make the merge with us.

–Jocelyn

I hate to say this but Kyle convinced me. I am truly sorry about this but it is what it is. I hope you are not mad.

–Octavia

Final Words[]

I probably should have saw this coming but I truly did not. I guess Octavia voted with the other three.

Oh well such is life I suppose. The funny thing is Kyle was right, I would have flipped in a heartbeat and I told Kyle to do the same. So in the end Kyle and company were correct in their reason for getting rid of me.
